FINGERPRINT-CAD

deFinition of Ischemic patterNs Generated by wEarables through Processing by aRtificial INTelligence in patients with Coronary Artery Disease: the FINGERPRINT-CAD study

Observational study evaluating whether AI analysis of wearable ECG signals can improve prediction of periprocedural myocardial infarction in patients undergoing PCI.

Study overview

Single-center, prospective, observational study evaluating whether AI analysis of physiological time series acquired from wearable ECG devices can improve prediction of periprocedural myocardial infarction in patients undergoing PCI.

Objectives

  1. To explore the potential of AI algorithms applied to wearable-derived physiological signals for prediction of periprocedural MI.
  2. To integrate novel and traditional risk prediction tools.

Study design

Single-center, prospective, observational study enrolling consecutive patients undergoing PCI.
